Happy Sunday and happy Mother’s Day as well! I hope you all have a fantastic end to your weekend and since it is the end of the week, here is my reading and writing update.

Restore Me is amazing. Yep, that is how I feel about it right now. Every time I pick it up to read I do not want to stop, I only want to stay in that one spot and let myself get swallowed up by Tahereh Mafi’s world that is the Shatter Me universe. Currently I am on page 200 which means I am just about halfway through. My goal is to hit 300 pages today, despite the amount of work I have to get done today, because all I want to do is read! Other than that I haven’t been reading anything else…I was reading American Panda by Gloria Chao which I did like, but not enough for me to keep going so yes, I sadly DNFed it! I do hope to pick it up in the future when I am in the mood for it, but for now my attention is on Restore Me.

I miss writing. So much. I haven’t written in several days now because of me being lazy, yes, but also because I was trying to catch up on the mounds of homework I missed during my sick phase at the beginning of May. However, my fingers are itching to continue on with my Camp NaNo project so hopefully I will be able to squeeze in an hour to focus on that today. If not that is okay because there is always tomorrow…but it would be really nice to add some more words to my story since my personal deadline is May 31 which is a lot closer than I thought!
