March 2018 TBR!

I feel like I just made my February TBR, yet that was already an entire month ago. These months are going by too fast but at the same time I have a lot of exciting things happening for me this year so I want to get to them as fast as I can. Anyways, January was a fantastic reading month and February was good enough, but since I get a little over two weeks off of school in March (counting down the days), I want to try and get a few more books in and stay ahead of my reading goal, which according to Goodreads I am five books ahead!

Ignite Me + Restore Me by Tahereh Mafi

These are the third and fourth books in the Shatter Me series by Tahereh Mafi, a dystopian series that follows Juliette, a girl whose touch kills. After she is locked up to keep people safe from her powers, she is finally broken out almost a year later, and learns that she is desired as a weapon by the government. I was re reading this series to get ready for Restore Me, which hits shelves on March 6, and now I am on the third one and I cannot wait to give it another read! I love this world and characters, and I just know the fourth book will meet all my expectations.

The Book Thief by Markus Zusak

I have been reading this book since the end of February because I have chosen to read it for my English class, and so far I am enjoying what I’ve read. This book takes place in Germany during World War II and is narrated by death, which is a really unique narrator composed to most books. I have heard nothing but amazing things about this book, and I am sure I will enjoy it just as much as the rest of the world seems to.

The Girl of Fire and Thorns by Rae Carson

Lately I have been in the mood for some fantasy, and when I went to the library I found this book and thought what I read of the synopsis was interesting enough so why not? I am still really excited to read it and hopefully I can get to it in the month of March! All I know is that our main character is a princess and that she has to marry a king…I think, I’m not sure because I really want to go into it without any idea of what to expect.

That is all for my March 2018 TBR and I hope you enjoyed! Don’t forget to check out my last blog post: March 2018 Talk!
