It has been a slow reading week but I did manage to finish Emerald Green by Kerstin Gier which as expected, was amazing. Now since I am done, I thought I should get started on re reading Lady Midnight by Cassandra Clare because not only was I in the mood for it, but I also realized the sequel, Lord of Shadows, is coming out in just over a month! I am so excited for Lord of Shadows because Lady Midnight was a piece of perfection. Since school is really busy (as always it seems), it will probably take me a while to finish Lady Midnight but that’s okay because I am done trying to force myself to read fast when I am tired or just not feeling it. I have to keep reminding myself that I read because I love it and its fun, it shouldn’t feel like a chore.

Okay, I haven’t done any writing for a while…but I do plan on finally writing for Camp NaNoWriMo this weekend. Hopefully I will get somewhere between 2000-3000 words completed but I don’t know how my weekend will play out. I am really excited about this story though because it has to do with Greek mythology and I am a huge fan so it should be fun!
